How much your cards cost?
Our cards are very price competitive. We even will beat any price by 5% (conditions apply).

What sizes are your cards?
Our cards size is 85.6mm X 54.0mm (like a standard credit card). Our cards have 1/8" diameter rounded corners just like a credit card too.

What's the thickness of your cards?
Our cards are available in thickness from 12 mil to 30 mil. For reference, a standard credit card is 30 mils thick.

Can cards be personalized?
Yes! We can personalize cards with printing of sequential numbering, database numbering (PIN numbers), individual names and more.

Do you provide a complete package service?

How do I place an order?
Before placing an order we encourage our customers to contact us and discuss their requirements in detail with our professional sales staff.

Can you design a custom ID card for us?
Yes. Our graphics team can create a unique card layout for you or you can send us your own card design and we'll do the rest.

I need custom IDs. How do I send the employee pictures?
We accept JPEG and TIFF format files via e-mail, or mail us a CD with the pictures (please use the employee last name and first initial as the pictures file name). We can also scan your hard copy pictures for a nominal fee. (TIP: When taking pictures for ID cards, use a light blue background as it absorbs the flash and doesn't reflect off your subject. Center the head and shoulders and try to stay 3 - 5 feet away, the closer the better!)

What about logo and background images. Can you incorporate them into our layout design?
Absolutely! We can include your existing logos, photographs, text and graphics in your layout, as long as they meet our design requirements.

What's your turnaround time for the production and delivery of the cards?
When we receive final approval on the artwork, orders are shipped in 3 - 5 days (subject to quantity).

We're constantly hiring new employees. Is it difficult to change name, phone, fax or e-mail contact information on our cards?
Not at all! Our exclusive digital design process makes changes a snap. Just get us the updated information and your new employees' cards will be on the way in no time at all!
